As a part of the Customer Retention team, you will be a part of the Central Revenue team at Myntra & you will focus on Customer Retention and Management by coordinating with teams like product, supply chain, pricing, marketing etc. You will drive insights into customer behaviour and translate that into repeat shopping and therefore revenue. You must be enthusiastic about managing complex, fast-paced projects across multiple teams, with a customer-centric and data-driven approach. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Owning platform level daily and key retention metrics and problem solve for deviations. 2. Driving existing customer base to make more frequent purchases through interventions based on previous purchases, browsing behaviour, demographics etc 3. Deep diving on customer browsing and buying behaviour to come up with various customer journeys and then influencing behaviour as per Myntra business goals 4. Coming up with data backed ideas to reduce customer churn and execute them 5. Generating consumer behaviour insights and creating tools and dashboards to analyse and evaluate solutioning initiatives. 6. Regular analysis and experimentation to find areas of improvement in the retention DESIRED SKILLSET: - 2- 4 years of work experience in the E-com / Analytics industry - Strong analytical problem-solving skills with appreciation for Maths and Business - Highly skilled in Excel, SQL and R. Tableau and Spotfire are added advantage - Results-oriented and ownership-driven, can develop independent ideas that are driven by data - Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail - Consumer-centric mind-set and ability to think strategically and tactically even in an ambiguous situation
