The category consists of a perfect mix of big brands as well as exciting labels to work with and offers great opportunities to learn & grow. Roles & Responsibilities Role : - Complete end to end ownership of driving portfolio AOP revenue achievement profitably - Deliver on season brand mix plan & assortment mix plan season on season - Drive ASP & GM target Month on Month - Maintain a strong relationship with vendor partners, brands, ensure timely supply of merchandise, assortment build up for marquee events - Selection expansion within portfolio, new brand onboarding, Identify selection gaps and address through business development; oversee onboarding process end-to-end - Establish operational hygiene by setting up cross functional SOPs & ensuring adherence - Monitor customer demand, set pricing expectations with demand team - Close monetization targets for marketing investments with brands - Ensure representation of portfolio brands on on-app properties - Inventory Management Monitor Sell Through, Ageing-DOH and take time-appropriate action to reduce inventory COGS - Analyze portfolio performance and timely appraisal to category leaders on same - This is a high-impact role and needs a candidate with a self-starter mindset, creative problem solving and proven data analysis skills. Responsibilities : - Actively pursue category management through vendor management, pricing, inventory management and sale optimization for the category and thereby for a group of products/brands falling under the assigned category - Scaling the brands and the category on the platform with continuous work across selection, catalog, marketing etc - Getting involved with commercial closures to work towards a P&L view of the business and the category - Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors. - Liaise with pricing and marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities for a product category. - Manage inventory levels to maximize sales, procuring additional stock, and getting rid of excess or unwanted inventory. - Help onboard new vendors/brands - business development is a must. Qualifications & Experience : - 3-5 years of total work experience. - Experience in E-commerce / Accessories is an added Advantage. - Sourcing experience is preferred. - Solid Communication with proven examples of working with cross functional teams - Prior experience managing small teams - Strong analytical and presentation capabilities (MS Excel, PowerPoint).
