Associate Director - Projects
About the Role:
The Chief of Staff Role at Myntra is a high impact role with a future path to business roles. This role will offer tremendous exposure to the business and work closely with the CEO / leadership team to drive the companys strategic initiatives. This incumbent will support the Category Head in managing high-impact initiatives, and support cross-functional collaboration across business leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cross functional stakeholders including CEOs and SVPs.
- Work closely with Technology and Retail teams to build innovative tech-led solutions to further Myntra's value proposition
- Coordinate various project activities with different departments, follow-up on agreed upon milestones and maintain tracker for critical projects with weekly updates
- Help in articulating business processes in close collaboration with respective business stakeholders and streamlining
- Conduct analysis for assigned business problem by collecting data from all internal and external sources and perform analysis to get answers to business questions
- Help in putting together board and management presentations
- Put together excel models for business scenario analysis
- Participate in product strategy discussions and carry out one off strategy/analysis projects to aid in overall product direction.
- Aspiration to be in a product or entrepreneurial role in 12 months time
Experience/Skills:
- 7 to 10 years of experience; Management Consulting experience would be a plus
- Should have worked in cross-functional environments and led cross-functional teams to drive Org priorities
- B.Tech CS/EE (or experience in building tech products) and MBA from Tier-1 B Schools; Mobile experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong Analytical Skills, Process Orientation, product sensibilities, and structured thinking
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
