- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic business development leader to spearhead international expansion for our Beauty & Personal Care portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Beauty & Personal Care and identifying new markets, building global partnerships, and driving revenue growth across geographies.
- MBA or equivalent in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in international business development, fro the Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of global distribution models, trade regulations, and cultural dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling brands in international markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Market Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new international markets with high growth potential for beauty and personal care products.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms, and other key stakeholders across global markets.
- Product Strategy & Localization: Collaborate with product, R&D, and marketing teams to tailor offerings for regional preferences, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Lead end-to-end GTM strategies including pricing, positioning, channel strategy, and promotional planning.
