Roles and Responsibilities : Role : - Manage revenue end to end for a set of categories to ensure top line and bottom line targets are being met - Sales planning and problem solving as required involving pricing, merchandizing etc. - Analyzing platform and category level metrics to isolate problems/strength areas to solve/leverage - Develop &amp; implement strong reporting formats which give a 360 degree view of the health of the portfolio Responsibilities : - Monitor key metrics such as revenue, gross margin, item price, conversion, customer count etc. - Influence various teams/stakeholders within the organization (planning, category etc.) to meet goals - Take ownership to drive automation and build efficient and scalable processes - Building templates, dashboards for operational and management reporting Qualifications &amp; Experience : - Preferably a post graduate degree with Master's in Business Administration from Tier-1 colleges/ IIM with Tier-1 engineering background (IIT/NIT preferred) - 2-4 years work experience in sales operations / planning or in analytics domain - Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation- Proficiency in Excel is must - Knowledge of SQL/R/Python will be an added advantage - An ideal candidate should possess sound analytical abilities, strong cross-functional collaboration and business acumen
