Role: Business Development Manager Developer Tie-Ups (Home Loan Services)
Location: Hyderabad
Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with real estate developers to promote home loan services offered by MMK. The role focuses on driving business growth by expanding the customer base through developer collaborations and ensuring a smooth home loan process for potential homebuyers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct detailed market research to identify potential real estate developer partners.
- Analyse industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to formulate partnership strategies.
2. Partnership Development
- Identify, reach out to, and engage with real estate developers for business tie-ups.
- Present home loan services and highlight the benefits of partnering with MMK.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate partnership terms that support long-term mutual benefits.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new developer partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries and collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, legal, and other teams to support smooth partnership operations.
4. Strategic Planning
- Develop strategies to meet partnership acquisition and revenue goals.
- Align partnership initiatives with MMKs broader business objectives.
5. Marketing & Promotions
- Collaborate with marketing teams on joint promotional activities and lead-generation campaigns.
- Organize events, workshops, and seminars to educate homebuyers about MMKs home loan services.
6. Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and real estate/home loan sector dynamics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine partnership strategies.
7. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and referrals through developer tie-ups.
- Use industry knowledge to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
8. Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and performance metrics.
- Create regular reports on partnership progress, KPIs, and areas of improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within real estate or financial services.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and home loan products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong tactical execution capability.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and relevant business software.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and in teams.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, presentations, and events.
