Role Description:
- Handling Home loans in the assigned region of Builder Channel.
- Responsible to recruit Team and generate leads from Builders and responsible till disbursemnt.
- Handling loan service process.
- Assisting clients on entire home loan process.
- Building relations with the developer's sales and CRM team to generate leads.
- Coordination with the developer's sales & CRM team for getting and providing timely updates on the home loan cases.
- Providing services to the clients even after the loan has been disbursed.
- Resolving all the issues and queries of the developers and the client on a daily basis.
- Maintaining relationships with various bankers for smooth running of the process.
- Coordination with the banker to complete all the stages from login till disbursement.
- Need to be proactive with respect to knowing all the schemes provided by the bankers & NBFCs.
- Meeting clients to understand their home loan requirements is mandatory.
- Ready to work in a fast paced environment.
- Having previous real estate or banking (specifically home loan) experience will be an added advantage.
- Having good communication skills and customer service skills is a must.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of the leads received from the sources and client's documents is of high importance.
- Go-getter, positive attitude and self-initiative taken to close leads will be appreciated.
- Having hands on experience in knowing which case can be logged in, in which bank as per the profile of the client.
