- Oversees the daily operations of the recruitment team, implement/execute strategies for attracting and retaining talent
- Ensures targets/SLA's are met.
- Collaborate with all internal departments to understand their needs and guiding the team to execute effective hiring processes.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, partnering with hiring managers.
- Overseeing the recruitment process, monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with internal policies
- Utilizing recruitment tools, and collaborating with departments to meet the SLA's
