- Develop the online go-to-market plan, own the online marketing budget and decide on the optimum spend allocation across regions and channels - Understand P&amp;L and levers of profitability and hence constantly aim for driving efficiency and profitable consumer acquisition across all marketing channels and initiatives - Monitor performance of each marketing channel; identify and implement opportunities for improvement; test into new marketing channels - scale them if performance is in line with targets - Managing Ad Campaigns on major PPC / Meta and affiliate platforms like Google, Bing etc. - Responsible for SEM bid optimization, portfolio selection to deliver Revenue targets and ROI on Ad spend - Analyze consumer cohorts, study conversion funnels and detail out consumer journey to identify next set of opportunities for hyper growth - Map data to business needs and draw actionable insights to chalk out plans for pushing revenues and utilization in line with the planned new cities launch and expansion - Provide thought leadership and guidance to the internal team.
