Position: US Tax Accountant.

Profile Summary: We are actively seeking US Accounting professionals to join our Lucknow branch in the domain of US Accounting and Taxation.

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

- Oversee AP/AR processes including invoicing, payments, and collections.

- Assist in month-end and year-end closures.

Taxation:

- Prepare/review federal and state tax returns (individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts).

- Assist in tax planning to minimize liabilities.

- Conduct tax research to stay updated with IRS and state regulations.

- Ensure compliance while maximizing client tax benefits.

Audit Support:

- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with US auditing standards.

- Perform control and transaction testing.

- Prepare accurate audit documentation.

Job Requirements:

- CA with completion of 3 years of Articleship.

- Minimum 1+ year of US Accounting/Tax experience preferred.

- Excellent command of English (written & spoken).

Shift Timings: Cab drop facility provided.

- 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Female Candidates).

- 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Male Candidates).
