Senior Product Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our [core/platform/new] product lines.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong product vision, UX/UI sensibility, and the ability to drive alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.
You will play a critical role in shaping our roadmap and ensuring delivery of exceptional SaaS products that delight users and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product areas.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver high-impact features and enhancements.
- Translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Champion UX/UI best practices, ensuring product experiences are intuitive, user-centered, and aligned with brand and design systems.
- Collaborate with design and research teams to run usability tests, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to continuous optimization.
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions, measure success, and drive improvements.
- Present roadmaps, progress updates, and business outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a product-first or SaaS company.
- Proven track record of shipping successful web or mobile products with measurable impact.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with UX/UI design and engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of product design principles, user-centered design, and usability testing.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, sprint planning, and product lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background or strong interest in UX/UI, HCI, or product design.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, platforms, or multi-tenant architectures.
- Technical fluencycomfortable working closely with engineers on APIs, architecture, and data models.
- Experience in A/B testing, growth experiments, or product analytics.
