Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the divisions long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Define and manage IT service offerings tailored for CPA and accounting firms.
- Set, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
Operational Oversight:
- Establish robust operational workflows, technical infrastructure, and client onboarding procedures.
- Oversee daily operations, including cybersecurity monitoring, helpdesk support, cloud hosting, and IT service delivery.
- Ensure service uptime, reliability, and high responsiveness across all platforms.
Team Building & Management:
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing technical and support team.
- Define roles, set performance goals, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Mentor team members to promote growth and professional development.
Cybersecurity & Compliance:
- Design and implement cybersecurity frameworks aligned with best practices and industry standards (SOC 2, HIPAA, IRS Pub 4557).
- Maintain incident response protocols, data protection policies, and compliance documentation.
- Stay ahead of emerging threats and proactively implement preventive measures.
Client Focus:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CPA firms to understand and address their IT and compliance requirements.
- Oversee client onboarding, service delivery, and project implementations.
- Drive exceptional client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing cybersecurity, cloud hosting, and IT infrastructure operations.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks relevant to accounting and financial industries.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
