Product Manager:
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive product strategies for ERP or ERP-like systems, aligning with business goals and market opportunities.
- Market & User Analysis: Analyze market trends, user feedback, and business needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Product Development Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver scalable, high-quality products.
- ERP Expertise: Leverage your understanding of ERP systems to design and enhance features related to workflows, automation, and integrations.
- Product Life Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare clear product documentation, including roadmaps, status updates, and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, business management, or a related field.
- A masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably working on ERP or enterprise-level software solutions.
- Strong expertise in workflows, system integrations, and process automation within ERP-like environments.
- Proven ability to analyze market and user trends and convert them into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex projects.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS365 for collaboration and project management.
Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, including modules such as HR, Finance, Opertations & CRM.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in product management.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills to present complex ideas clearly.
- Proven ability to prioritize features based on business impact and feasibility.
