Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead operations across multiple locations.
This role requires a strong background in operations, HR, administration, and hands-on experience in end-to-end US accounting.
The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing client accounts while driving branch performance.
Candidates with experience in outsourcing or service provider environments will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Serve as the point of contact for US accounting clients, handling bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Drive performance metrics such as staff retention, timesheet growth, and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership and training teams to support onboarding and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in operations, HR, and US accounting.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Background in outsourcing or service-based organizations preferred.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Process-driven with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.
