About the Role:
We are looking to hire an experienced professional to lead and expand our Managed IT services.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strategies and deliver Managed IT solutions to both internal teams and external clients.
The ideal candidate will have cultural understanding of the U. market and a proven track record of successfully managing IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the existing IT team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand Managed IT services for our clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
- Oversee remote delivery of IT services from India to clients in the U. and other regions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and communication.
- Formulate service deliverables, create service-level agreements (SLAs), and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to align Managed IT services with overall business objectives.
- Mentor and train IT staff to improve technical expertise and client-facing communication skills.
- Ensure compliance with global data security and IT policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Masters degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 35 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in delivering Managed IT services to international clients, especially in the U.S or Other Countries.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to formulate IT strategies, Policies and Guidelines and implement them effectively.
- Experience in handling remote teams and cross-cultural environments.
- Knowledge of IT compliance, security, and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
