Manager - Growth Marketing
Description:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven marketing leader to oversee our overall marketing strategy, lead high-impact campaigns, manage brand positioning, and collaborate with company leadership on key growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creative vision, analytical thinking, and leadership to elevate our brand and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Oversee Marketing Strategy:
- Define and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
Lead Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, events, and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Manage Brand Positioning:
- Own and evolve the brand identity and positioning to ensure consistent messaging, visual standards, and market relevance across all touchpoints.
Growth Initiatives & Strategic Input:
- Work closely with company leadership to identify and implement strategic initiatives that support long-term growth, including market expansion, partnerships, and new product launches.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team; foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, customer success, and other teams.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Establish KPIs, measure campaign performance, and report marketing ROI to stakeholders.
- Use insights to continuously improve strategy and execution.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand development, and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience working closely with executive teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
