Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our overall marketing strategy.
This role requires a blend of creative vision, analytical thinking, and leadership to manage brand positioning, drive high-impact campaigns, and support key business growth initiatives in collaboration with the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for expansion and growth.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, traditional media, and event channels.
- Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue through targeted initiatives.
Brand Management:
- Lead and evolve brand identity, messaging, and visual standards to ensure consistency across all channels and communications.
- Maintain strong brand positioning in the market through continuous evaluation and refinement.
Strategic Growth Initiatives:
- Collaborate closely with company leadership on long-term growth strategies including market expansion, partnerships, and product launches.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams.
Performance Measurement:
- Define KPIs and track performance of campaigns.
- Analyze marketing ROI and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and budget allocation.
Market Intelligence:
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and emerging threats.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations in marketing.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong command of digital marketing, brand development, and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
