About the Role:

We are looking for driven and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) to join our dynamic team.

Whether youre a newly licensed CPA or a seasoned expert, we offer a platform to work with global clients, expand your expertise, and advance your career in US Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

For Freshers / Entry-Level CPAs:

- Assist in the preparation of US Individual (1040) and Business (1120, 1120S, 1065) tax returns.

- Support accounting functions including general ledger, reconciliations, AP/AR, and payroll.

- Participate in audit and assurance engagements under supervision.

- Conduct tax research and assist in planning strategies.


- Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tasks.


- Communicate with clients for document collection and clarifications.

- Stay current with IRS updates, US GAAP, and other regulatory changes.

For Experienced CPAs:


- Lead tax compliance and planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.

- Review and sign off on tax returns and financial reports prepared by the team.

- Advise clients on tax strategies, structuring, and regulatory compliance.

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

- Represent clients in IRS audits and respond to tax notices.

- Guide and mentor junior team members and manage client relationships.

- Contribute to business development and strategic advisory services.

Required Qualifications:


Education: CPA.


Education: Bachelors or Masters in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


- 08+ years of relevant experience in US accounting, tax, or audit.

- Strong understanding of US GAAP, IRS tax codes, and accounting principles.

- Proficiency in software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Intuit ProConnect, Lacerte, Drake, or similar.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in working with US-based clients or CPA firms.

- Exposure to financial statement preparation and tax projections.

- Multi-state tax compliance and international taxation knowledge.

- Background in audit, assurance, or financial advisory (for mid-to-senior roles).
