Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales growth of Home Loans, LAP, and Balance Transfer products across assigned geography
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sourcing, referrals, DSAs, connectors, and partner networks
- Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets to expand the mortgage portfolio
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Channel & Partner Management:
- Build and manage strong relationships with builders, real estate brokers, DSAs, corporate partners, and referral networks
- Onboard and activate new channel partners to enhance sourcing efficiency
- Ensure consistent engagement, productivity tracking, and performance improvement of partners
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and relationship officers
- Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, conversions, and disbursements
- Conduct regular training, field coaching, and performance reviews
Customer Acquisition & Experience:
- Ensure high-quality customer acquisition with focus on credit quality and compliance
- Guide customers through the loan process from lead generation to disbursement
- Deliver superior customer experience by ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of issues
Credit & Operations Coordination:
- Work closely with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing and faster TAT
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, RBI guidelines, and compliance standards
- Manage escalations related to approvals, documentation, and disbursements
MIS & Reporting:
- Track sales performance through regular MIS, dashboards, and reports
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and portfolio performance
- Provide actionable insights to senior management
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, credit policies, and lending processes
- Proven ability to drive sales through multi-channel sourcing models
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Result-oriented mindset with ability to perform under pressure
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Mortgage Sales / Home Loans / LAP
Experience working with NBFCs, Banks, or Housing Finance Companies
