Job Description:

- My Mudra Fincorp Ltd is hiring an experienced and performance-driven Senior Sales Manager - Mortgage to strengthen our mortgage sales team.

- The role involves handling Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Balance Transfer products while driving business growth through multiple sourcing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of Home Loans, LAP, and Balance Transfer products

- Build and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, and channel partners

- Generate business through direct sourcing, referrals, and partner networks

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing of cases

- Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per company and lender guidelines

- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and interest rate movements

Candidate Profile:

- 2-6 years of experience in Sales

- Strong understanding of banking and NBFC mortgage products

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
