
- Ensure maximum partners generate business monthly (active partners).
- Ensure preferred relationship with partners, hould have spent 5-7 years as an individual contributor - handled direct B2C sales.
- Building from scratch a growing mouth of funnel/demand pipeline.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer interactions to ensure quality sourcing and adherence to field discipline
- Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Collections, Operations) for seamless disbursal and customer experience
- Design and execute local marketing initiatives to support DSA business
- Ensure full regulatory and process compliance across the DSA network
- Should have grown/promoted in the same organisations.
- Excellent appraisal & increment history.
- Good with analytics & numbers, Strong understanding of DSA channel dynamics, loan documentation, and customer profiling
- Proven ability to mobilize quality leads and convert them into disbursals
- Willingness to travel extensively within the city or region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Field-driven mindset with high ownership and accountability
