Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Sales Manager.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.

- Responsibilities include fostering and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring team performance, and providing motivating sales mentorship and training.

- The role also involves analyzing market trends and reporting on sales performance to contribute to organizational growth.

Qualifications:

- Strong Sales Management and Leadership abilities, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills.

- Experience in Strategy Development, Business Development, and Market Analysis.

- Proficient in Sales Tools, CRM platforms, and other Sales Technologies.

- Relevant experience in the financial services sector is highly preferred.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
