Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development activities across financial services including personal loans, home loans, business loans, and credit cards.
- Build and nurture relationships with individual clients, corporates, channel partners, and NBFCs/banks to drive business expansion.
- Identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and oversee implementation of go-to-market strategies.
- Manage a sales and service team to meet business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze financial and market performance metrics to guide business strategies and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and RBI guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, credit, and operations to deliver customer-centric financial solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, fintech innovations, and regulatory changes to ensure competitive advantage.
- Drive digitization initiatives and promote use of digital tools to increase operational efficiency and customer reach.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in business development within the financial services or lending domain.
- In-depth understanding of retail and SME financial products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, and credit cards.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales/loan disbursement targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial reports and market data.
- Familiarity with compliance protocols and regulatory frameworks governing the financial services sector.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms relevant to lending and financial services
