Senior Analysts get to learn about different industries and HR domains with every assignment. There is constant client interaction and the opportunity to work with top management teams. In addition, there are several internal initiatives to get involved in and regular training programmes are conducted to enable the development.   Duties and responsibilities:  Senior Analyst will be involved throughout the life cycle of the projects from problem structuring to implementing solutions at client site.   As a part of project teams, a Senior Analyst will take part in some or all of the following activities:  - Assist clients to strategically integrate effective HR processes, programs and practices  - Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs for clients  - Conduct research, gather and synthesize relevant information to develop key insights  - Conduct client and third party interviews to validate hypothesis  - Build and deliver presentations to clients  - Manage client teams and drive strategic initiatives  Do you fit the bill:  - Unstructured problems and environments have always excited you   - You thrive on discussions and debates, and love to speak your mind  - You are passionate about delivering results  - You are a high performer!
