Key Responsibilities : - Candidate must be able to build &amp; sustain frameworks to objectively glean data and provide qualitative insight into evaluating content at regional, country and global level. - Prepare and own dashboards that rely on automated reports to quickly deliver insights on content performance. - Monitor and identify new areas of growth for content &amp; content formats. - Conducting analysis of key performance indicators, trends and business metrics for the entire platform. - Ability to work cross-functionally with product, programming and original content teams and drive discussions to drive platform engagement. - Conduct market research, tracking and compiling industry trends and map competition analysis. Skills &amp; Competencies - Candidate must be strongly indexed on data extraction, transformation and analysis. They must possess a high intellectual curiosity and focus on communicating their learnings in a crisp and easy-to-digest manner. - Candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment which will pit them against the best in the industry As in any start-up, the onus is on delivery which implies that no-one will ask - how is it done?- but instead - is it done? And how do we do it faster next time?- - High aptitude for complex problem solving using quantitative modelling techniques. Candidate is expected to have functional knowledge of industry standard tools for extraction, transformation &amp; visualisation (R, Python, Power BI, Tableau and others) - Adept at drafting and presenting analysis to senior management Required Qualifications: - 3-7 years of experience in high-paced environment that demand complex quantitative modelling and analysis for instance (but not limited to) consulting, technology sectors. - Prior experience in Media is a plus but not mandatory
