Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead strategic business growth initiatives across key regions.
- This full-time position involves developing and executing marketing plans, identifying new business opportunities, driving sales performance, and building long-term client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have strong industry understanding, leadership capability, and a proven track record in industrial or packaging sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations, technical) to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles-from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and closure.
- Prepare and present business plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Ensure strong brand visibility across regional markets through structured marketing activities.
- Provide insights on customer needs and work with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings.
- Manage regional budgets, oversee promotional activities, and track ROI on marketing investments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7-12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in industrial products, packaging, automation, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and strategic account management.
- Strong capability in market planning, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Proficiency in data analysis, sales reporting, and strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility between on-site and remote responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel as required for client visits, exhibitions, and business meetings
