Head - CSR - Administering end-to-end CSR project management including project feasibility study, project set-up & scoping, effort & cost estimates, resource management, risk management, monitoring, tracking & reporting - Facilitating strategies and implementation of the projects in coordination with the management & government officials and building capacity of program teams. - Executing CSR Board review meetings and assisting statutory & Internal auditors for integrated reporting - Performing and approving due diligences, selection process for partners & vendors for onboarding to implement CSR interventions. - Managing the grants through Grant in Aid agreements and timely processing of invoices Conducting evaluation, monitoring activity within set timelines, regulatory & statutory compliances and administrative functions across cities. - Allocating & mobilizing human/ financial/ material resources across functions to complete the project on time and ensuring optimum utilization - Preparing program monitoring and evaluations plans; creating the impact assessment reports and documentation of the program - Collecting and collating program feedback and carrying-out value added analysis for enhancing program effectiveness - Identifying potential areas for grooming employees through regular assessments and mentoring to develop appropriate perspectives and skill sets; coordinating Employee Social Responsibility (ESR) initiatives to connect Corporate with Community for trust building - Spearheading initiatives for caring to the community by supporting a wide range of socio-economic, educational and health initiatives; integrated & embedded Corporate Social Responsibility into the business processes - Providing image-building plans & advised the company for innovating marketing plans and image building exercises to gain credibility and market share
