What We're Looking For:.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Training & Development.

- Strong knowledge of microfinance products & processes.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.

- Candidates from Kerala will be strongly preferred.

- Prior microfinance experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver high-impact training programs for field and branch staff.

- Conduct onboarding, refresher, and product-specific training.

- Assess training needs and track learning effectiveness.

- Ensure field staff are updated on compliance, product, and policy changes.

- Collaborate with leadership to align training with business goals.
