- Conducting Visit & Preparation of TSR for Project Technical.

- Ensuring compliance as per technical policy & process.

- Recommending Technical Agency for Appointment.

- Coordination with Technical Agency.

- Adherence to TAT requirements.

- To monitor construction progress for under construction property.

- Periodic circulation of Technical Visit MIS & MIS reports required from time to time.

- Monitoring of Technical OTC-PDD & ensuring timely closure of the same.

- Update Property Base Rate Index.

- Recommending for update in negative / caution area list.

- Timely resolving audit queries.
