Job description - Ownership of fulfilling existing and future hiring requirements. - Partner with hiring managers to outline their needs. - Assist with the calculation of staffing metrics. - Source passive and active candidates through job Portals like LinkedIn and Naukri - Maintain job postings for open positions. - Lead all non branch hiring processes and improve TAT of closures - Coordinate the interview process. - Update and maintain candidate tracking system. - Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers. - Implement creative sourcing strategies. - Assist with other functions as directed. - Fully accountible for managing end to end TA cycle for non branch and certain subsidiaries Education & Experience MBA with focus in Human Resources or a related field preferred. Professional Skills: - 5+ years of recruitment experience is a must in only BFSI / Banking / NBFC industries. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize. - Excellent verbal and written communication - Ability to maintain confidentiality for dealing with issues of a sensitive nature. - Client and vendor relationship building experience. Technical Skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and other applications in the Microsoft Office suite Note - We are 6 days working , office timing is 9 AM to 6 PM. - Office location is Alaknanda , New Delhi (Near Nehru Enclave or Govindpuri Metro)
