Role & responsibilities
- Building of the org
- Hire and onboard talented professionals with expertise in digital strategy and Fintech distribution models Operations
- Identify potential partners basis an evaluation matrix and on-board them post commercial negotiation through developed plug and play models and complementing propositions
- New Partner acquisition and onboarding through Strategic Alliances and commercial negotiations basis on their maturity stage (media buy, lead generation or integrated partnership journey)
- Drive business from Partners to build scale by implementing relevant sales strategies and relationship management Propose innovative ideas, conduct experiments to optimize current partner relationships, and explore ways to collaborate with new age Fintech in PL lending, used cars market, etc.
- Ownership of Partnerships sales plan and associated P&L
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (operations, technology, etc) to develop new growth opportunities and plug and play models for integration and create compelling value propositions for partners
- Continuous competition benchmarking for best in class process and propositions
- Building next generation capabilities - Innovation
- Curate new strategic alliances with relevant eco-system players and foray into new segments
- Co-create segments and solutions with partners through data driven approach and in-depth knowledge digital landscape
- Collaborate with Partners (integrated models) and Sales CC Head (media buy and lead gen models) for maximizing business/ conversion
Preferred candidate profile:
- Post graduate MBA from top tier institute with 12 - 15 years of experience with large banks/ BFSI/ Fintech
- 5+ years in Fintech partner management, business development and project execution
- Possesses strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to leverage data and metrics relevant to the role and web-related technologies, Understanding of the technical aspects of affiliate distribution models is essential
- Possesses strong key account management & negotiation skills, resource & cost optimization with proven track record of driving cross functional teams
