Description:
- Expand portfolio by acquiring new corporate clients and strengthening existing relationships
- Ensure profitable underwriting and balanced product mix across portfolios
- Drive renewals and persistency across key accounts
2. Broker & Partner Management:
- Conduct regular broker meetings, performance reviews, and joint client visits
- Act as a strategic partner to brokers for business growth and client acquisition
3. Technical & Risk Advisory:
- Assess client risk exposures and support brokers with risk notes and proposals
- Provide inputs on product positioning and risk coverage across industries
4. Cross-functional Coordination & Servicing:
- Ensure timely policy issuance, servicing, and query resolution
- Track claims and provide updates to brokers and clients

- Marine (Cargo & Hull)
- Workmen Compensation (WC)
- Group Personal Accident (GPA)
- Engineering (CAR, EAR, MBD, CPM)
- Liability (Public, Product, D&O, Professional Indemnity)

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong exposure to broker-driven business models
- In-depth understanding of underwriting principles and risk assessment
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder handling skills
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities
- Target-driven with a customer-centric approach
