Chola MS General Insurance (Murugappa Group) is looking to hire an experienced IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end technology hiring across critical roles.

This is a mid-senior level role requiring strong expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and closing technology talent across various domains.

Role Overview

The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and digital roles, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition aligned with business requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and niche hiring platforms

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs

- Leverage innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles

2. Technical Screening & Evaluation

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit

- Evaluate candidates across technology stacks, coding languages, and frameworks

- Ensure quality shortlisting aligned with hiring manager expectations

3. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration

- Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements

- Align on job specifications, timelines, and hiring priorities

- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline status

4. Candidate Experience & Engagement

- Manage end-to-end candidate journey from screening to offer closure

- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience

- Provide timely communication and feedback

5. Offer Management & Closure

- Drive offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate closures

- Ensure effective conversion of shortlisted candidates

- Manage offer rollouts and acceptance tracking

6. Compliance & Onboarding

- Handle documentation and ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations (including international hiring exposure if applicable)

- Coordinate onboarding processes for smooth candidate integration

7. Market Intelligence

- Stay updated on IT hiring trends, emerging technologies, and salary benchmarks

- Provide insights to improve hiring strategies and competitiveness

Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technology Hiring

- Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, coding languages, and frameworks

- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
