Description:
- Ensure high insurance penetration in loan files and maximize attachment ratios
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets
- Improve renewal conversion and rollover business performance
2. Channel & Stakeholder Management:
- Drive alignment across sales, underwriting, and operations teams
- Conduct regular branch visits, partner meetings, and performance reviews
3. Performance & Funnel Management:
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies
- Train and enable channel teams on motor insurance products and processes
4. Renewal & Retention Strategy:
- Plan and execute strategies to increase rollover business from existing customers
- Ensure strong follow-up mechanisms for closures
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in NBFC/Banca/Loan attachment models
- Strong understanding of motor insurance products, underwriting basics, and distribution models
- Target-driven with strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple branches and nearby geographies
Additional Criteria:
- Willingness to travel across assigned territory
