The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the entertainment and media industry. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the upcoming Dubbing and Localization businesses of Murf AI to meet or exceed the company's sales targets. - Develop deep insights on industry requirements, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify sales positioning for our product and opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and nurture long-term business relationships. - Build, lead, and mentor a dynamic sales team to ensure they consistently achieve the company's revenue goals.
