Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales strategies for chemical plant & process equipment and process packages.
- Generate new business opportunities through client acquisition, networking, and lead conversion.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and provide tailored solutions to their operational needs.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to deliver client-specific proposals and technical presentations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new areas for growth.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualification and Skills Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales experience in the chemical or food/ pharma industries & industrial plant equipment sector.
- Broad understanding of chemical plant operations and related machinery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and industrial expos.
