Key Individual Accountabilities:


Strategic:


- Project Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute effective project sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives and evolving market conditions.


- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine and enhance sales approaches.


- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage potential clients to expand the project sales portfolio.


Financial:


- Budget Management: Manage project budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal resource utilization and achievement of profitability goals.


- Cost Estimation: Prepare precise project proposals and cost estimates that align with client expectations and financial targets.


- Revenue Growth: Drive project sales to achieve or surpass revenue goals, supporting the company's overall financial performance.


Customer / External Orientation:


- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their project needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.


- Client Communication: Maintain transparent, timely, and effective communication with clients regarding project updates, queries, and feedback.


- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to quality, safety, and industry standards, consistently exceeding customer expectations.


People Orientation:


- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, engineering, and installation to ensure smooth project execution.


- Leadership: Guide and motivate the project sales team, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture.


Core Operational Accountabilities:


- Proposal Development: Develop detailed project proposals encompassing cost, timelines, and technical specifications tailored to client requirements.


- Resource Planning: Optimize resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.


- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project executionfrom client onboarding to final delivery and closure.
