Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage engineering teams across backend and frontend development.

- Own delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based stakeholders, clients, and teams for project alignment and delivery excellence.

- Drive end-to-end delivery management including planning, execution, quality, and release.

- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams, mentor senior engineers and architects.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in Agile development, DevOps, and software engineering processes.

- Contribute to strategic technical decisions, architecture design, and roadmap planning.

Requirements:

- Proven experience leading full-stack engineering teams (backend + frontend).

- Strong delivery management skills with a track record of handling complex, multi-region projects.

- Prior experience working with U.S. clients or teams is highly desirable.

- Solid understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., Java/.NET, React/Angular, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP).

- Background in the insurance domain or Insurtech is a strong plus.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- U.S. work experience or direct engagement with U.S.-based delivery projects.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
