Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Overview:


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the companys interior design and execution services. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.


- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and direct clients.


- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.


- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and design concepts in coordination with the design team.


- Follow up on leads, manage client communication, and ensure smooth project handover to the operations team.


- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.


- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional activities and campaigns.


- Maintain client and project data using CRM tools and ensure timely reporting of sales performance.


- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows.

Qualifications & Experience:


- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (MBA preferred).


- 5+ of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.


- Proven track record in client acquisition and achieving sales targets.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Strong understanding of interior design trends and market demands.


- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
