MTC Group - Associate Manager - Banking Operations

Location: Andheri, Mumbai.

Role: Banking Operations.

Qualification: CA / M. Com / B. Com/PG

Work Experience: 3 - 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of fund raising, term loan & compliances of disbursement of loans.

- Prepare CMA data.

- Managing bank account operations, RBI & FEMA guideline

- Liaising with lenders for assessment of working capital limits and their day-to-day requirement.

- Handling of trade finance like LC, BG, bill discounting etc.

- Handling banking related MIS, processing banking transactions like FDs, transfer of funds and other transactions.

- Handling Other Treasury Functions like provide data to ASM & other auditors.

- Coordination with the Banks and internally in the company to provide data.

- Responsible for Pre and Post disbursement compliances of the banks as per sanction.
