Job Title: SAP FICO Functional Analyst - Sales & Distribution with Integrated Finance

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

- Perform fit gap analysis by understanding the available KPI's from Power BI and QlikView for Commercial dashboards.

- Translate business requirements to develop functional specifications and wireframe for analytics solutions.

- Identify and sharpen the business need, provide knowledge of business processes, and help to identify and to understand relevant data and define how results should be evaluated.

- Facilitate business requirements gathering discussions/ workshops.

- Supports the Business Partner in the qualification of the business request for assigned service(s).

- Collaborate with Product Owners, technical teams, developers to ensure clear understanding and translation of business requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

- 8+ years of strong experience in FICO.

- Experience in end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FICO modules.

- Expertise in translating business KPIs and dashboards into system requirements and analytical models.

- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI and QlikView for KPI and dashboard analysis.

- Experience in end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FICO modules.

- Strong understanding of financial processes, commercial operations, and data flow across integrated SAP modules.

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

- Able to work on own initiative and as a team player.

- Good organizational skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
