Job Title: Manager - sales strategy &amp; operations Location: Bangalore Job Purpose: The resource should help manage all sales operations and analysis within a business unit. S/He should be responsible for: Sales Strategy: - Developing sales process strategy, evaluating and implementing improvements to the sales program and processes. - Taking Ownership of process &amp; design to continuously remove inefficiencies and improve operations. Reporting &amp; Analytics : - Create both standard and customized reports - Monitor and report on the business financials, ensuring actuals tracked to planned numbers and investigate deviations and identify areas of improvement. - Analysis of key Operational parameters to enable leadership in decision making. - Preparing Top Management level reports on quarterly basis which includes thorough analysis of operational performance. Process /System Support and Data Management : - Must develop Excel models to analyze problems, evaluate the result and gain insight to influence business decisions. - Single point of contact for key stakeholders for sales reporting, requests, and issues. - Handles and resolves regular operational challenges - Guide, train CRMs/delivery teams/PMOs in entering accurate deal data in the CRM tool. - Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and completion - Get deal forecast for deal closure and track revenues. Qualifications Required : - MBA from a top tier institute - Prior experience of 1-4+ years in Sales strategy/Sales planning/Sales operations - IT services company experience is a must Skills Needed : - Advanced Microsoft office, Power Pivots/Power BI hands on would be an additional plus - Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Good project management skills - Good interpersonal skills, able to influence and engender collaboration with senior management - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver against commitments
