Delivery Excellence Lead IT Infrastructure Location Pune - End to end experience in IS/ITO service delivery - Started as a Support engineer and grew into Lead and Operations manager - The most recent role could be Service delivery manager or Delivery Excellence, manager - Experienced DM/PGM who have executed large & complex delivery for fortune 500 companies - Have handled multiple accounts and multiple projects concurrently across Dev - Have been part of firefighting and helping the project to recover quickly by driving key actions - Strong communication skills including liaison with the senior leadership and mentoring managers - Ability to decipher the project health and risks from the application metrics and situation analysis - Any prior similar type of DE role will also help if combined with a strong Delivery experience - Proactively identify risks, stay engaged during the lifecycle with the delivery team to prevent any issues and help the team to recover quickly when in an issue. Zero surprise Red programs. - Identifying process gaps &amp; innovation/automation opportunities and facilitating improvement projects which can result in significant improvements that can impact client satisfaction - Interfacing with leadership/clients and identifying key issues and opportunities for value add - Provide oversight to multiple accounts/projects across various types and be on top of risks across - The experience between 16 + years in Tier-1, Tier-II companies, delivering remote IS services to US/European clients (not India domestic clients) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - A strong understanding of the ITIL framework and any onsite experience is a plus
