Job Responsibilities : - Part of the Corporate Development team that includes executing acquisition priorities laid down by executive team. - Responsible for advising to the cross functional team for deal execution and managing deal process. - Draft and negotiate various transaction related documents. - Manage and evaluate all acquisition opportunities , prepare internal assessment decks for the same. - Assist in diligence along with third party advisors. - Monitor and implement post-merger integration and define appropriate scope and objectives for same. - Perform research and monitor commercial business and identify development opportunities in same. - Support in corporate restructuring. Desired Profile : - Qualification : CA / MBA (Finance) - Overall 8+Years of finance experience in M&A & Business finance or FP&A - Must have good experience in M&A Activities of IT Services Companies. - Should be expert in P&L, forecasting, utilization, able to perform financial analysis, Deal Profitability, Costing Analysis & Financial Modelling - Should be expert in in financial metrics. - Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with the business clients. - Must be a team player.
