This position is on the roles of Mphasis Limited and will be based out of Pune. Title - Delivery Manager The Leader would be responsible for ensuring the operations are carried out as per the required SLAs, Role Description :&nbsp; - The Business Leader will be a key member of the team responsible for the execution &amp; management of Operations and for providing subject matter expertise and oversight for one or more lines of business for the client. - The candidate needs to have an in depth knowledge of the Telecom domain. - The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to support the maintenance of the program, as well as, strategic direction and goals of the firm is critical. - He/ she needs to have experience in managing large teams delivering various BPS for telecom clients, as well as be able to demonstrate having led initiatives and projects to enhance the service delivery capabilities. - He/ she should be able to lead and guide the business teams to enhance quality of service delivery. Must have experience: - Overall 12-14+ years of in BPO/ BPS industry and 5 to 7 years of managing diverse telecom portfolio and teams delivering Business Process services across the voice and back office services in a senior leadership role. - Managing teams in a BPO environment is essential Academic Qualifications : - Graduation - MBA will be an added advantage Key competencies required : - Strong analytical skills - Working in a team environment - Time management and ability to focus on task at hand - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required - Detailed knowledge of call center and back office operations
