Program Manager - Customer Success
PMO: Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for the enterprise solution vertical to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining client relationships, ensuring product adoption, driving value realization, and promoting upsell/cross-sell opportunities. You will be responsible for the retention of our clients, as well as facilitating regular interactions with decision-makers and regular sync-ups with client POCs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client-specific implementation projects from planning to completion, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues for timely resolution.
- Track project progress, create status reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices; manage project documentation.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to understand transportation needs; analyze data to identify optimization areas.
- Develop business cases and proposals for new solutions, quantifying benefits and ROI; document business processes and system requirements.
- Collaborate with technology teams for solution implementation; evaluate and recommend process improvements.
- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships; align transportation solutions with client business goals.
- Proactively address client needs and provide excellent service; conduct client meetings to review performance and gather feedback.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements; identify and pursue account growth opportunities.
Qualification:
- Prior experience in program management or project management role.
- Hands on experience on Excel, Spreadsheets and SQL is a must
- Google app script, google data studio will be a plus
