Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives aimed at driving user adoption.

Requirements:
- 2+ years in a B2B environment, preferably in sales or customer success roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
- Strong experience in handling enterprise clients, understanding customer needs, and translating those needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support and training to enterprise customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and explain technical concepts in a simple way.
