
We are looking for a Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end payroll operations across LATAM regions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local statutory compliance, experience in vendor coordination, and a passion for process automation and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries (LATAM).
- Ensure compliance with local statutory and labor laws.
- Independently coordinate with payroll vendors for timely and accurate deliverables.
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, and IT teams for seamless payroll execution.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconcile payroll records, and review vendor outputs.
- Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation and analysis.
- Train and mentor team members on payroll processes and compliance.
- Handle tight deadlines and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of local payroll compliance and statutory regulations.
- Experience in multi-country payroll (LATAM preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and accounting principles.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in process automation tools or payroll system enhancements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
