About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, SAP managed services, AMS engagements, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery ownership across SAP landscapes including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics, SAP AI, and integrated enterprise applications.

This leadership role requires strong expertise in program management, stakeholder management, SAP solution delivery, resource planning, financial governance, and client relationship management.

The SAP Delivery Manager will act as the single point of accountability for successful SAP program execution while driving business value realization, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Program Delivery Leadership:

- Own end-to-end SAP program delivery across multiple projects and workstreams.

- Lead SAP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.

- Manage SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid transformation programs.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

- Establish governance models and delivery frameworks.

- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

- Drive successful go-live and hypercare activities.

SAP Practice & Delivery Governance:

- Define delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices.

- Establish PMO governance for SAP engagements.

- Implement project health monitoring and KPI tracking.

- Manage resource utilization and delivery capacity planning.

- Drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with CIOs, CFOs, COOs, Business Leaders, and Functional Heads.

- Manage executive steering committees.

- Conduct project reviews and status reporting.

- Ensure business alignment across functional and technical teams.

Resource & Team Management:

- Lead SAP functional and technical teams.

- Manage Solution Architects, Project Managers, Consultants, and Developers.

- Build delivery capability and talent pipeline.

- Conduct performance management and mentoring.

- Drive employee engagement and retention.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build long-term client relationships.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Support account growth initiatives.

- Participate in executive business reviews.

- Act as trusted advisor to clients.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- MBA preferred.

Experience:

- 12- 20 years of SAP experience.

- 8+ years in SAP Program Management or Delivery Leadership.

- Experience managing multi-million-dollar SAP engagements.

- Strong background in SAP implementations and managed services.
