About the Role :

- We are seeking a strategic and transformational Head of Procurement to lead enterprise-wide procurement, sourcing, supplier management, contract governance, procurement operations, category management, and procurement digital transformation initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that optimize cost, improve supplier performance, mitigate supply risks, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.

- This leadership role will oversee direct and indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, procurement technology platforms, ESG initiatives, and AI-driven procurement transformation programs.

- The successful candidate will act as a strategic business partner to executive leadership while building a world-class procurement organization capable of supporting global business growth.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related discipline.

- MBA preferred.

Experience :

- 15 - 25 years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management experience.

- 8+ years in senior procurement leadership roles.

- Proven experience managing global procurement organizations.

- Experience handling procurement spend exceeding $100M+ annually.

- Experience supporting technology, manufacturing, services, or global enterprise environments.
